My quest to spend all weekend intoxicated continues apace. Time out was taken to doing the gardening chores today, but that just meant “hard work” beers, which were “Trash Panda IPAs”.

A tad heavy, but since I was done for the day I didn’t much care. They were cold, in my fridge, and took less than a second to open. I don’t look for much in a beverage sometimes, and these babies had all three key components.

The “honeydew” list so far looks like it will involve:

• “re-imagining” the garden
  • I assume that means changing out the shrubberies.
• painting the exterior
  • God, I hope I can find the same shade of white at the paint store.
• arranging to have the tile floor put in
  • we have to remove the wood slats because the dogs have just destroyed them.
  • They will be replaced with those porcelain tiles that look like wood, because no one wants that 70s linoleum.
    • It sure was tons of fun to rip up.

So it looks like a fun nine weeks for me. The anger may show up in some open threads. Please do try to ignore it.

It’s pretty slim pickings tonight. Luckily for history majors, the fun/documentaries never end.
