Your Giants-Free Sunday Football Viewing Experience-An Open Thread

Not that you would ever seek them out but yes, the Giants (and the equally putrid Panthers) are on bye along with the Cards and Bucs. Things are looking up!

To The Games!

Ravens/Steelers:

I hope you like your closely engaged smashmouth football first thing in the day. I can’t see either of these teams running away from the other.

Jags/Lions:

The perceptions of these teams will be amplified after time has expired. I’ll leave it to you as to which will be labeled a juggernaut and which will be called a travesty.

Rams/Pats:

LA can further contribute to the muddle that is the NFC West, where everyone is within at least two games of one another. The Rams will have to travel across your fair nation of bigots, weirdos and fascists to do it.

Browns/Saints:

Someone, somewhere is jazzed to see this tilt. To me it’s “The Non-Descript Game of the Week”.

Colts/Jets:

C’mon Indy, squash these pretenders under your boot! Believe it or not, I’ve heard more than one talking head say that that the Jets are poised to go on a run now that all the pieces are in place. I couldn’t possibly guffaw any louder.

Vikes/Titans:

For those waiting for the other Darnold ball to drop, it finally happened last week when he stunk up the joint with three INT’s. The scheduling gods tossed a favor his way by offering him a tasty bounceback game.

Raiders/Fins:

The shine is definitely off the “Young Genius” in the national media as McDaniels seemingly doesn’t have answer to the sideways drift Miami is currently experiencing. A small course correction may be ahoy as they won last week and ex-Oakland scares no one.

Packers/Bears:

Love has been intercepted 10 times already and he’s missed two and a half games. Is it regression or mis-placed aggression?

Enjoy the tilts.
