DFO Radio DOUBLE SHOT: The Long Kiss Goodnight and Holding Out

Due to circumstances (re: having to go to San Diego for work), I wasn’t able to publish DFO Radio last week.  Which, I suppose, played into the “holding out” theme of the following week’s Request Line.  But I’m here to rectify that now with a DOUBLE SHOT of DFO Radio as we get started with our season previews.  As the offseason winds down, I’ve decided to introduce a new feature to DFO Radio: the Request of the Week.  I’ll select one comment and song to lead off the segment.  The criteria are pretty subjective – some weeks it will be a comment that I really like, other weeks it will be a song that really stands out for some reason.  The winner of the first Request of the Week, and leading off the Long Kiss Goodnight edition (the theme: sleep and dreams) of DFO Radio is…ME.

Next up is last week’s topic of “holding out”.  There were a LOT of great requests in this one – it’s a terrific playlist.  SonOfSpam gets the nod here in a photo finish (though he really could have run away with things if the request had come from Brady Quinn).
