I hope you’re ready for a DOUBLE SHOT of DFO Radio. Thanks to Low Commander ably taking over the station for the week, Request Line didn’t miss a beat. Thanks to my vacation to Japan, though, I wasn’t able to compile the playlist so you’re getting two this week. First up is “Keep It Clean” where the topic was all things clean and dirty. Low Commander has chosen to honor SonOfSpam for his pick of the week of “Demon Cleaner” by Kyuss, a band whose name sounds like something a slurring Jerry Jones would demand one of his female employees give him one of. As always, here’s the Spotify link.
Next for your auditory delight is “Family Business”, where the top pick was taken by – son of a bitch, AGAIN? – SonOfSpam who waited until the second day to request what should have been the header song, “Brothers in Arms” by Dire Straits. Does Spotify support a DOUBLE SHOT of playlist links? You bet it does.
Aside from reminding you to see if you can spot the DFO radio tower in the banner image, I don’t have too much to add at the moment. I’m just back from a vacation to Japan, so life has mostly been about getting my head back to normal after a delightful ten hour flight on top of an eight hour time change. But I’d like to tease that both That’s My Raiders! and the Dak Prescott School of Maturity will have episodes coming out sometime soon, so stay tuned!
Happy to help! But, uh, sorry about the mess.
Did they, ever find Mr. Davenport?
I didn’t notice when I was compiling things – did anyone request “Dirty Laundry” by Don Henley on Najeh’s behalf?
They did indeed. It’;s #38 on the YouTube playlist.
Also, this ‘Shop is criminally underused.
Hmmm, one of those stupid Facebook links I read while I’m pooping had a familiar Twitter handle at the very end of it…

ONE OF US! ONE OF US!!
I’d first like to thank the big man upstairs, mostly for not making too much noise when he walks around.
Also, big ups to Seamus, whose picks always make the rest of us look better by comparison.
it’s SoS’s world and we’re just living in it.
“Not me!”
Aaron Hernandez’s jail cell turned into a 17th century monastery so gradually, etc.
Rot in Hell you piece of shit.
