Have you ever had a headache that lasted three days? I have, now. At first I thought it was a hangover (two Manhattans lead a hangover that lasts more than a day? Yeah, right.) but it’s still fucking here, poking at the back of my skull every few minutes, and ze drugs, zey do nothing. I should probably see a doctor or something.
In honor of April Fool’s Day, last week’s Request Line theme was “tricks”. Did you get tricked by anyone on Friday? Play a decent prank on anyone else?

No, just the pain. I’m thinking ArmedAndHammered might be onto something; I’ll see if I can get my hands on some allergy medicine and try that.

It is. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. It doesn’t hurt much anymore, but the fact that it was at its worst when I was hiking plus the runny nose makes me think that it *might* be. If it keeps up all week I’ll probably find my way over to a doctor, though.
I don’t like sudden-onset back-of-the-head headaches.
Getting some sinus meds certainly won’t hurt, but if this is still bothering you tomorrow you really need to get in to see somebody.

I hope you get to feeling better RTD. Multi-day headaches suck. Do you have any allergies, this time of year I would probably be even more of a miserable bastard if Claritin did not exist.
I’m actually hoping that’s what it might be; I don’t normally get too bothered by allergies but noticed my nose running while we were hiking on Saturday (the first day it was bothering me) so fingers crossed.
