This kills me every time-Charlie Kelly just throwing things out there and catching his buddies by surprise.
The Dr. Mrs. simply cannot abide the characters in Always Sunny, because they are such unimaginably awful people. I try to explain to her that such is what makes the show fun; they are terrible, and unlike the characters on Seinfeld, they are constantly being punished for being so terrible. It doesn’t work, though.
Nothing Makes Sense Anymore Alert:
-Can I swim the Butterfly Stroke for a kilometer and a bit? Yes.
-Can I make two trips of groceries from the car to the kitchen (I’m guessing 20lbs total) without desperately seeking the couch and trying to catch my breath? Nope.
/what the hell is going on? Wife and I both at a loss. I don’t know what to be tested for at this point. Separate heart and lung specialists have given me a clean bill of health.

I can’t do the full butterfly but that’s what I call it.
/just to reiterate, I can expend all kinds of energy in the lake and it’s all good* but carrying things, lifting stuff over my head on solid ground makes me want to collapse.
*will be gasping for breath for a short time upon reaching shore but just like a regular intense workout
Check your bone density. Do you lift weights or do any high impact cardio? I read a study years ago that said athletes that did swimming and bike exclusively suffered from bone density loss. It said the body is smart. It will take assets from unused areas to plus up the used (cardio in this case) areas.
Does this generalize to being able to do other strenuous exercise while prone vs standing? There’s things like POTS where posture plays a role
