(Pete Carroll’s verb, not mine) They are a very special team in that they don’t have either their leading rusher or receiver available for the game. WR Brown was off the field for only 4% of Steelers plays this year but they scored 6 TD’s on those very same plays. All the Steelers have to do to replicate that success is to be in “and goal” down situations most of the game. EAZY PEEZY! [pulls up a chair for you, looks at you with serious face] We need Denver to win this-they have a much better chance to beat the Pats than does the crippled folks from Pitt. I only saw the first few episodes. I need to watch the rest I just never think of that show when I am looking for a new show to watch/RW. I have a couple of Aqua Teen seasons I have missed too, I have watched the first few (6, 7?) way too many times.
The reason I am using my wireless keyboard is I (assume I) spilled something on my laptop keyboard and only 50-75% of the keys work now (no memory of it but my desk is tiny and my soda and keyboard are pushed next to each other. Stopped working at like 3pm one day randomly). Luckily I have a replacement because I take in everyone’s broken computers so I can salvage parts normally used to fix other peoples computers. Haven’t fixed it yet though.
I’ve done that before. It sucks. Hopefully its only the keyboard.
It has been days, the rest of the computer is fine. I might have to dl a different driver because my keyboard has one of those mini mouses on it, but otherwise they are the same thing. Basic HP laptop keyboard of the correct size.

First off, props to scotchy fire the absolute best THE BEN picture ever! Seriously, I love that thing.

Tonight as I ate my chicken parm hero at my pizza place, I overheard 3 middle aged people speaking intently about tournaments and matches and buy ins and pay outs. I naturally assumed that they may be poker players. But as the conversation wore on, inconsistencies started to pop up and I was wracking my brain trying to figure out what the hell they were on about. One was wearing a Mickey Mouse sweatshirt. I thought maybe they were chess players. It wasn’t until they took out their backgammon board and started playing on their table (while they considered dessert options of course) that I realized what was going on.
Thank you, Denver. If it was Steelers-Patriots, I don’t know if I could’ve survived that.
