I’ve watched so many horrible movies and TV shows, sometimes more often than I’d care to admit, just to watch that little quirky smirky smile on that adorable little face.  And the rest of her ain’t bad, either.  Don’t judge me.

But yeah I’ve kinda got a hangup for Amanda.  She’s got one for me too, she just doesn’t know it yet.  But I’ve played it cool with her so far, so no restraining order,  unlike Sara Jean.

Not really in the mood to do much sharing this week.  I’ve shared way too much this week already.  If you were fortunate enough not to see any of it and/or not be involved, consider yourself lucky.  The tl;dr version is that I still have mild brain damage (not joking) but am not dying (yay…I think); and I once accidentally grabbed a beautiful girl’s penis (sadly….also not joking).  So yeah, you’ve gotten your tWBS embarrassing stories for the week.  If you missed them, tough shit.

So let’s review sports as quickly as possible, ignore the election results, and then get back on Amanda as quickly as possible.

Politics Free (mostly) Sports…Finally

No more baseball again.  My world will be a little more empty now, until February.  Meh.  Not that big of a difference at this point.  But at least season tix orders went out this week, that’s always fun.  Well, you know…other than the whole “having to pay for them” part.

The Ravens and the Browns ruined yet another Thursday night.

**Believe it or not, I typed the above sentence 2 days before the game, as a placeholder.  That’s why it’s in italics…so when I came in (phrasing) to do my final edit on Friday morning, and schedule the post, I’d remember to get rid of it.

But in spite of my team winning that godforsaken game by a 28-7 final, I stand by that sentence.  So it’s staying.  The win gives Baltimore sole possession atop the AFC North…for now.  But I don’t feel good about it.  No indeed.

You know what else I don’t feel good about?  These assholes.  Yeah I know these protests are not just in Baltimore.  Don’t care.  I bet half these fuckers didn’t even vote.  Look, I don’t like the results of the election either.  But guess fucking what?  I won’t be at PNC Arena tonight trying to block fans’ access and ruin their night, just to get my (now pointless) point across.

You want to start a pointless protest?  Fine.  But when you start ruining someone else’s good time you’ve crossed a line.  And then it gets talked about during a national broadcast.  Plus, this is exactly NOT bringing the country together.  All you did last night was give the President Elect one more bit of evidence (from his narrow minded standpoint, that is) why he shouldn’t give a fuck about your opinion.  FFS Baltimore.  No wonder people think we’re crass.

Hockey is starting to piss me off.  That didn’t take long.  FFS Caps…really???  Blanked by the Sharks.  At home.  This is why everyone hates DC.  Or at least it used to be.  And yet the Pens and Rangers just keep chugging along, taking care of business.  I repeat….FFS.  But here’s tonight’s matchup’s anyway….

The NBA can kiss my ass.  I’m not linking to that abortion this week.

OK, after getting you all hot and bothered (but just remember she’s mine and you can’t have her), it’s now time to soothe you I suppose.  In fact, you’re gonna get two soothing tWBS originals.

This first photo was taken by yours truly about a week ago. On this morning I was returning home from swimming laps and noticed this mist hanging eerily in the fields across from where I live.  Just the mist itself was cool as shit, so I got out to see if it would translate photographically (I nearly always have my camera in the truck with me).  As I walked across the road and approached the field, I spotted this trio having an early breakfast.  Sadly, I couldn’t use the proper settings which would have improved the grainy appearance because they would stop moving.  But I do still kinda love this photo.  I hope you do too.

And this one was the sunset over the lake from 2 nights ago.  This wasn’t as calming at the time because it was cold and windy as shit and I ran out the door, camera in hand, dressed in shorts and T-shirt without putting on a jacket and froze my ass off waiting.  But it’s calming to look at now, so totally worth it.
