- In doing so, they allege Luck failed to “devote substantially all of his business time to his XFL duties as required by the contract.”
- Luck signed a player McMahon specifically forbade the league from signing.
- Luck used an XFL-issued cell phone for personal use.
- Gross neglect, by relocating from the XFL’s Connecticut offices to his home office in Indiana.
- Their filing provides three examples of what his side alleges was a failure to follow “multiple” XFL policies and directives:
- Luck’s legal response will come late-Wednesday or on Thursday.
