It’s your last week for the replacement (me)  for the replacement writer (Don T) of the CFL beat.  Maestro should be back and refreshed and mad at how bad I did.  Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back and since this gig don’t pay in anything but a few likes, sucks to be you. WEEK 11 RECAPS

Edmonton vs. Hamilton :
The Elks Won!  I tried to watch some of this game, but it was under a rain delay as a crazy rain storm rolled through. sadly the rain delay was still more entertaining than the NFL pre-season game that was on at the same time. This was the second game in a row that the Elks were up 12 at half time, but this week they shut out Hamilton in the second half to get their first victory of the year. 24-10 Edmonton

Winnipeg vs. Calgary : 

This was a field goal fest, until Demerio Houston got a pick-six for the game’s only major.  I did see part of this game as well and did see the pickerception and wrote “game over” in the crumbs on my Tshirt when it happened.

RESULT: The Peg ( 19-18)

Montreal vs. Ottawa : 

Montreal was down 17-3 at half-time but managed to grab the lead with about 90 second left in the game and then hang on for the win.

BC vs. Saskatchewan : 

In his first start of 2023, Jake Dolegala spread the ball around to his receivers to get the win for the Riders.  The Riders defence also did their part and got some timely stops and sacks to help in the field position game.
