Any of you dickshits read “Killing Pablo”? The Colombian drug wars have always been an interest of mine, but, something that’s always been on the back-burner, due to other priorities. Netflix’s “Narcos” has definitely rekindled that fire. The book seems like the logical next step.
I haven’t, but that kind of topic fascinates me. The narrative the US likes to put out there about the drug trade is so far from reality that any well-written book about it automatically captures my interest.
Speaking of camp fires we just ended the golf tournament fundraiser with beers around the camp fire.
One dead six-pack of Sculpin IPA and a walk home later and I smell like burning wood and will undoubtedly have a headache tomorrow.
If you’re scoring at home, or if you’re alone, (nyuk, nyuk, nyuck), it turns out I can crush drives for 14 holes before everything goes to hell and my mid-range, short-range and putting disintegrate much, much sooner.
