It’s been a rough harvest season for the Hill People, so Lothar can use some cheering up. Plus there’s baseball on this evening (dirt Jets vs. baby Bears). I started watching John Wick this afternoon while working out and he didn’t finish killing everyone tangentially related to the murder of his dog yet, so I can use some cheering up too. Broth transferred to oven to simmer over night. In totally unsurprising news, a giant multi-gallon pot of broth is really heavy.
Can you freeze broth? And if so…how much volume adds up to 26lbs?
These are now the questions you should ponder rather than sleeping.
A gallon of water is about 8.34 lbs, broth is probably a bit more. I probably have 6-7 gallons…so around 50ish lbs.
Lighter when frozen though, cause water is weird!
