I can report the event, “Winnie the Pooh & Seussical the Musical Jr.”, went off without a hitch. My niece stole the show playing Bee #3 in “Pooh”. “Seussical” went on way too long, and seemed like it was put together by someone currently being investigated by Chris Hansen.

Afterwards, we left the relatives to go home, and celebrated our day with the family at the “Yellow Dog Brewing Company“, a quaint establishment where most of the beverages are named after dogs. I enjoyed the “Retriever Golden Ale”, a refreshing beverage. If you are ever in Port Moody, BC, I recommend it.

     

I’m sure something happened today, but I typed this part while drinking Friday night. So if nothing’s come up, this has stayed the same, and I might be on the liver transplant list.

Tonight’s sports:

  • NHL: for some reason they played at 3:00PM ET
  • NBA:
    • Celtics at Cavaliers – 8:30PM | TNT / TSN

So once again I volunteered for my old university to go to a dedicated message board and answer questions of brand new mechanical engineering students in regards to working as an engineer.

I start off by posting a thread asking for people to open up about what they want to do professionally as an engineer. Usually its a lot of “I have no idea what an engineer does” but its a good starting point in helping these kids focus and try to find a light at the end of the tunnel.

First response “I want to lead the investigation into re-opening the 9-11 investigation”
