Fallout:

-Baker, Baker The Waiver Maker: Well, someone else is tired of him. Scuttlebutt says that much like Wentz he is not ‘amenable to coaching’. But of course some other team will grab him because front offices/coaches are like that girl that looks at a dude and says, “I can change him”. The Texans have first crack if they want to make their organization more dysfunctional.

-Go Figure: The Shaun Watson looked very much the part of a guy who hasn’t played football in 700 days. Also, he was booed by the crowd-I’ve the feeling that he should probably get accustomed to that.

-Don’t Look Back: It looks like James Cook might be gaining on Devin Singletary, with the latter only getting one more snap. Perhaps there was an undisclosed injury or maybe it was the game script or perchance Cook is finally able to pass block. All I know is that Singletary is an unrestricted free agent at the end of the year.

-Hey, there’ll be a tripleheader on Saturday the 17th. You’ll be able to see Colts/Vikes, Ravens/Browns and Fins/Bills so clear your schedule right now!

To The Game!

Saints/Bucs:

-Although New Orleans lost to Tampa in week 2 they have won 7 of the last 8.

-Woe is you if you grabbed Kamara in your fantasy draft-he’s not scored more than 11 points in the last four games.

-Marshon Lattimore is still recovering from an abdominal injury so maybe Mike Evans will actually have a good game. That said, Godwin has scored in his last two outings.

-Brady does lead the NFC in passing yards and only has two interceptions but only one game with 3 TD and has eight more games with 1 or less scores.

-Folks talked up London, Wilson, Burks and Pickens but it is Olave that leads the pack of rookie wide receivers in yards and catches.
