We’ll see if Kirby Smart is able to get his train back on the tracks.  Carson Beck is playing like he’s shaving points, but the overall talent keeps pulling them over the line.

Indiana finally trailed for a few minutes last week.  They didn’t like it, apparently.

I went a few times when I was a student at UConn. UConn had yet to get even sort of good at it, and there would be literally dozens of us in an arena built (then) for something like 8,000 people.

On the plus side it was pretty easy to find your friends.

I had to go look at floor coverings, bathroom tiles and fixtures as part of the renovation project with Wifey and BIL this morning. I forgot how much I dislike that. First an hour of pinball back and forth lookin at everything in no set pattern in a pretty small showroom. Then a typical Italian goodbye sequence. Always goes like this regardless of it’s relatives, friends or a business.
1. First goodbye with handshakes… Head to the door.
2. Wifey asks one more question, followed by 10 minutes of more discussion… then goodbyes… Again.
3. Proprietor makes a remark that generates a BIL line of further questioning for another 15 minutes… FINALLY followed by ultimate goodbyes.
If I’m still alive by the time this project is done, I have many more of these ahead mind you, I’ll certainly be in a vegetative state.
