Now for breakfast, I’m going to cook a couple of pieces of bacon, toast a couple of slices of rye bread, always rye, soft scramble a couple of eggs in some garlic infused olive oil and butter and sprinkle just a dash of aged extra sharp cheddar over the top.
And just like that I am up and moving.
Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza is glorious hangover food.

Pizza, with bacon, ground beef, cubed tomatoes, pickles, onions. Piping hot, clogging my arteries, and soaking up any stray alcohol in my stomach as we speak.

I actually really like pickles on pizza. I think it’s one of those love/hate things like pineapple. It’s a nice briny pop.
It’s Sarpinos, which I think is a local chain. They have all sorts of crazy specialty pizzas. It’s a bit hit or miss, but when it’s good, it’s really good.
Sounds great. I happen to like pineapple on pizza. Pineapple and bacon, regular bacon is a vastly under rated pie.
Cheers to that. Crispy bacon is fantastic on pizza. I want to try kim chi on pizza one of these days, but I haven’t gotten around to it yet.
