NFL News:
- Those of you hoping for creamsicle should prepare for disappointment: The Bucs have debuted their new uniforms.
- Instead of an origin throwback, they chose to return to before Warren Sapp had his issues with the bargaining price for a lady’s attention.
- NFL rules mandate that uniforms can only be changed every five years though. Wearing the previous uniforms until 2019, the Bucs went 34-62 (.354), third-worst in the NFL, and did not reach the postseason.

- However, they do note that if the NFL allows multiple helmet designs starting in 2021, then they can reintroduce the creamsicle as a throwback alternate.
- Current concussion protocols dictate the use of only one helmet design, to ensure each player wears the same type throughout a season.
- The CFL has delayed the start of its season from June 11 to “sometime” in July.
- “Like our fellow Canadians, we in the CFL are striving to meet today’s challenges with both pragmatism and hope,” commissioner Randy Ambrosie said in a statement. “We are pragmatic enough to see our country still has sacrifice and hard work ahead of it.”
- Considering the CFL only has a two-game preseason, look for the NFL to get some ideas.

- Also on the preseason agenda: Sky judge!
- If the Rules Committee votes to eliminate the PI challenge rule, then they might take up the Ravens’ proposal about having an extra official for onsite video review.
- It would be a 2020 trial, with the earliest regular season change being in 2021.
