We get the usual too many games to mention/three tilts split today. Let’s take a look.
To The Games!
Broncos/Colts:
It’s still hard to believe that a Daniel Jones-led offense scored on all seven of their possessions. Maybe Carlie Irsay-Gordon knows what she’s doing? Are those two things even related? Probably not. What seems to be overlooked is that the defense did their part and created three turnovers as well. Bo Nix needs to clean up his play a bit more-he and Mayfield lead the league in most games with two or more INT’s since the beginning of last year.
Panthers/Cards:
Rookie wr Tet McMillan is the alpha guy right out of the gate (there isn’t much to choose from) in this Carolina offense-he led everyone with 9 targets and that’s not going to change over the course of the season, that’s for sure. This does look like Arizona’s game to lose as I see the Murray-Harrison Jr connection doing some damage today.
Eagles/Chiefs:
Rematch! K.C. insists that they’re going to make Pats disappointment Tyquan Thornton into a viable player. Well, do they have any other choice given the statuses of Worthy and Rice? Or maybe just stuff the ball down Hollywood Brown’s throat again? He had 16(!) targets last week. Maybe it won’t be that big a deal-after all, Philly is starting the struggling Adoree Jackson at one of their corner spots.
Do your thing.
