Week 10 Fallout:
-Cooper Kupp had the biggest fall. The end result was a tear of his AFL-CIO. Can’t help thinking someone will fill the void.
-The Saints kicked the tires on Brandon Marshall and figured that he’s a fine-looking rental.
-You don’t have Bengals DC Teryl Austin to kick around anymore. Who? Anyhoo, he’s done and gone.
-A 7 year-old wrote a letter to Jerrah that left scorch marks. The kid is now head of scouting for the Cowboys.
-Mark Davis said that he was completely responsible for the Raiders record. The jury is still out on who to blame for his haircut. All the votes have yet to be counted but “Bowl” is leading.
TO THE GAME!
Jizziants/Nerders:
I threw a certain Nick Mullens (all of them!) under the bus last week before his debut. Much like a number of folks on this very site, “I WAS JUST PLAYING THE ODDS!” and betting that a fella not long off the practice squad would struggle in his first start. Mullens replied with, “Wrongo, assholio!” and tossed the ball at a 72% completion rate for two scores and had not a single turnover. Now that wr Pierre Garcon has been ruled out the coaching staff has detected some sort of pattern and has activated another guy off the practice squad. This is wr Kendrick Bourne’s first ever NFL game. Asked for comment, Niners owner Jed York said, “I just hope that Kendrick Lamar’s second cousin can contribute tonight.”
Say what you will.
Season 3 of Supergirl is getting really good. It’s going to be a sad day when Saturn Girl loses out to Supergirl in the love triangle and leaves the show.
I really like Riverdale but i’m so far behind I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to catch up.
I’ve never watched Riverdale (though I have seen them film), but, according to some friends of mine who are hardcore fans of the show, it isn’t very good anymore and has a different style to what made it good
That sucks. I’ve seen random episodes, probably most from the last season.
They still have these ladies though:
I will say this about Supergirl, with how they have handled other storylines in a surprising adult manner, part of me hopes they don’t cave to fan pressure and Supergirl and her love interest come to a mutual understanding that they shouldn’t be together. However, I wouldn’t fault them too much if they didn’t go that route.
It would be nice and refreshing if the main protagonist couldn’t always find love. You know, like in real life.
Evening. What’d I miss?
Actually, a pretty good game between two shitty teams with the requisite horrible officiating. Your stereotypical Thursday Night Football except on Monday and it was close.
tWBS, I think we need a Becky Lynch tribute Friday.
All Heil Stone Cold Becky Lynch!
“Wwwwweeeee!!”
That Roughing The Passer call was absolute bullshit. And I didn’t care who won. That was atrocious.
I watched maybe two minutes of this “game.” Hey, Roger, you know why ratings are down? It has nothing to do with players kneeling, it’s you allowing these kind of abominations occur, repeatedly, on prime time.
I am disappoint with the lack of Manningface
Niners lose, and I think my motherboard in this tower is perma-fucked.
In sum, fuck Silicon Valley forever.
Have you tried a Mike Haggar style piledriver?
Try turning it off, then on again.
