Also, I saw Black Panther on Friday afternoon. I highly recommend it. A great stand-alone film. Everyone talks about it being an empowering film for African-Americans; what most reviews minimize it that it’s also an empowering film for women. There are few links to the greater universe – well, not as overt as the ones they usually hammer home. It’s safe for the kids, if you don’t want to pay for a sitter.
