- Unlike other league, a bubble-season may not have saved it.

- Unlike other leagues whose their TV deals make gate receipts incidental.
- Their TV contract with TSN usually covers shortfalls.
- Taking the year off, versus spending money they don’t have on salaries, might be a better option for the league’s survival.

- History was made today as the former [Redacteds] hired the first Black team president in NFL history.
- Jason Wright is 38 years-old, and a seven-year veteran of the NFL as a running back.
- Including being the Cardinals captain and labor rep during the 2011 lockout.
- After retiring, he went to the U of Chicago & earned an MBA, and then went to work at McKinsey.
- Wright will handle the business aspects of the Washington Football Team while Ron Rivera will maintain control over all on-field football decisions.
- Both will report directly to Snyder.
- His first task? Find a spot for a new stadium.
