BFC and Lemonjello’s GWS Giants are still undefeated and at the top of the ladder after a really tough game against the Saints. My Cats are right behind them on percentage with this week’s big blowout helping to narrow the gap. Both teams have tough games this coming week, so at least one undefeated may fall.
Hippo’s Blues lost a bit of a shocker to the Crows at home. They get the Giants next so it will be interesting to see how they react to the loss.
It was a tough week for Footy Tipping as there were a lot of upsets. Kudos to BFC and BC Dick for getting above 500!
Speaking of upsets, how about those Eagles beating Richmond! And handily too! Hopefully that means they are on their way back to being a contender. Or at least not embarrassing themselves on a regular basis.
Litre jokes about St. Kilda but look at their ladder position and look at their last five games. The man knows his team…

I saw my pick results and figured I’d be in last in the pool now, but looks like everyone else had a bad week too
I was in a decidedly “all-male” service many years ago, but this looks pretty good.
At over 7:00 minutes it’s runs a bit too long and keeps repeating itself (man that joke is just hanging there) but watch the first minute or two. You’ll like it.

I find the drill sergeant in the video to be somewhat of an attractive woman (with a great voice), even though if I asked her out she would probably just beat the shit out of me. On the other hand, she also just might have a dresser drawer full of the finest lingerie ever and she’s just waiting for the right man to come along, which means she still beats the shit out of me, which I guess is fair enough.

Really tough game included best defensive player in the comp getting knocked unconscious for an uncomfortably long spell, the best midfielder on the team leaving with a calamitous knee and/or ankle injury, and 3 other stars playing hurt for most of the fourth quarter on the path to blowing the lead and only winning by 1.
Yeah, not optimal. Still got the win though.
