Whelp, not really going to talk about the SCOTUS decisions except to say, “I hope the bribes are worth destroying your country”. So I am in need of some cheering up. The black and white female is Orson (named after Orson Wells as she has not met any food item she does not love) who is now Noir’s companion, bit of an age mismatch since Orson is less than a year old and Noir is 7. The solid tan colored bunny is Flan and his companion in fuzzy white and brown is Snickers. All of them are a lot of fun and a bit of a hassle, but they are helping me smile.
Not sure if the US team will make you smile or groan tonight, but they are playing Uruguay tonight at 9 pm EST on FS1 according to ESPN. The other match tonight is Bolivia vs. Panama which is also at 9 pm EST on FS2.

For the law-talkin’ types here: Coupled with today’s Court ruling, if Biden IS reelected, would invoking the 25th Amendment actually more difficult to remove him? Does mental acuity and age count as “immunity”?
The key here is how you define ‘official acts.’ And the answer to that is ‘whatever the Court decides it is’ is any given situation. So if Biden, for instance, decided to officially declare Clarence Thomas and Sam Alito as not only corrupt, but also aiding and abetting treason, the Court would surely declare those to be ‘unofficial.’ If Trump, for instance, were to declare that immigrants were to be machine-gunned as they waded across the Rio Grande, well, that would be ‘official.’
Really, the key here is to be a straight, white, upper-middle-class-or-better, male, and then none of this matters.
