There’s plenty of chatter regarding these games having been salient when the season began and now they’re irrelevant. Or, more specifically, not as relevant as they could be. I say, “who is sitting down to watch this stuff with a keen eye on Christmas Day?”. To me this is excellent stuff to have on in the background as the eating and greeting and traveling and catching up is going on.

So what does that mean? I’ll not do a regular game intro for this tilt at least. Let everyone know what your day is like (should you choose, we’re all internet buddies and more here)

ANybody watch s2 of Fallout yet? Season 1 was “eh” but the Lucy character was hot enough to keep me interested.

But if it goes farther off the rails into nonsense-land, I am not sure I want to be bothered.

Lord knows it can’t be as horrid as s2 of The Last of Us, but the series kind of rhyme so I am skeptical.

Such a nasty nickname, and now that I think about it the 80s tabloid press explains a LOT about Trump. As far as I know the statue was a nice thing though, cause the owner was a fan? Seems like no reason not to mention it, even if it was ridiculed.

Fine intro!

Since I’m far more concerned with not getting sick than I am with jet lag on a 2 day trip, and because I nicknamed the guy sitting behind me on the flight ‘Mr Mucus’ I went to sleep as soon as I checked into my hotel. Now it’s 8 pm and gonna see if the restaurant is still open and maybe see if I can find the game on. There’s a chance in Germany.

This isn’t a bad broadcast during gameplay.

I think a huge problem with Cris or Joe and Troy is that they are personalities. That makes them eventually exaggerate all their particular bullshit points because they are the product in their minds (and wallets). Local guys or these NFL guys aren’t bulletproof to injecting their own bullshit, unless that is something the audience wants.

We don’t have a ton going on today – it’s just me, the Dr. Mrs., and her mother. We’re going to make some Japanese curry with beef, carrots, potatoes and mushrooms. The weather has cleared for the time being here in Los Angeles so we’re headed up to Griffith Park for a short hike, and then later on today (after the rain comes back, or after dark) I y’arr mateyed a copy of the Muppet Christmas Carol for us to watch.

Oh, and booze. I’m not sure what we’ll be having specifically but there’s plenty to work with.
