Greetings all!


Senor couldn’t be here tonight since he’s selling bodily fluids to purchase NBA Finals tickets got a gig. So you’ve got me here to slap dash a little something something for your viewing and commenting pleasure.

Tonight sports wise you’ve got game one of the NBA finals with the “way ahead of schedule” San Antonio Spurs facing the “How the fuck long has it been” New York Knicks.

Should be a fun series now that OKC has been disposed off. These two teams should match up well, as if anybody can match up with Wemby. However since he’s still a youngster he is prone to missing a game or two on the Witness Protection list and I wouldn’t be shocked to see that happen early on in the series.

You’ve also got your full Wednesday night slate of Baseball, which is my first choice of course, maybe followed by watching the recording of the NBA game.

Just to give you an idea how “busy” we are at work, I’m sitting in an empty warehouse sized building all by my lonesome and dashing off a quick “Carpenter” of an open thread.

I’m fucking indispensable!

I’ve been walking for over 25 years and a Monday thru Friday vegetarian, you were all there when that started, for 4 years and I still struggle but I have kept off the buck 20 that I lost since 2005. Apart from a few regressions where I put back on like 50.

This is a lifelong struggle but I’m still here to tell about it.

Keep the faith but eat like a king on the weekends.

It’s not even a theory it’s basically proven anthropology that as a people we put on weight during the cold months to stay warm.
Hence calories being equal to caloric values meaning values of heat or warmth.

My birthday is in late October and then the winter and then the holidays and then the Owl and then Saint Patrick’s Day.

It’s usually early spring when I get back on program.

It’s tried and tested over decades now but woof.
That fluctuation can’t be good.

This math may not apply to southern California but I’m sticking with it.

Currently in a Lyft on my way back to SFO, after my dumb ass forgot I had the keys to my Chicago place in my other jacket. Lucky for me my flight is 5+ hours delayed so I had time to run home, grab my keys, and come back…And I’ll still be waiting at the airport for 3 or 4 hours.
