Alright, folks, I’ll give you an update. Wifey met with her midwife as her shift

They ran some tests, and found a heartbeat, so that’s good news. She feels normal (at least in terms of being pregnant “normal,” which is aslo a good sign.
As of now, things are looking positive, but, we’re by no means out of the woods yet. Essentially, we wait and see how it goes. Not ideal, but, certainly better than where we were ~20 hours ago.
I just want to genuinely thank yinz for your thoughts and support. It means more than you think. We really appreciate it.
That’s what makes the DFO crew one of the goodin’s: rallying around and sticking with your fellow dickjokers in tough times, and laughing at the Cleveland Browns. Seriously, I loathe seeing the Ravens winning a fifth-grade pinewood derby race, but that was fucking hilarious.
I’m about to hit the gym, because I feel like I’ve got about six weeks of nervous energy to get out. There’s also a Ice Stillers game at 22:30, because LATE NIGHT HAWKEY WOOOOOOOOOOOO WEST COAST TRIP.

I just finished playing the zombies map on the new Call of Duty with some guys who are clearly either unemployed or else employed as beta testers for the new Call of Duty zombies game, because they carried may ass through all sorts of insane shit.
If you like zombies maps the Morg City map is the shit. Good thing I took tomorrow off and it’s going to be rainy and shitty here, because I’ve got a pretty good idea what I’m doing tomorrow.

I lived in a tiny town; Olathe, Colorado. My mom saw John Wayne in the tiny grocery store when he was going to locations for the filming of True Grit. Her memory of that event is gone, like tears in the rain, at a Cleveland Browns game. Later that week we got to see Glenn Campbell play some songs on a semi trailer bed in the huge metropolis of Delta, Colorado.

I’m sure I’ve shared my Family Feud story (5 time undefeated champs woot) but during our second taping they were doing a 100th birthday show for George Burns, still alive at the time. I saw Betty White, Joann Worley and Milton Berle but actually rode in the elevator with George Burns himself.
