Your Young Boys in Europe Tuesday Champions League Open Thread

As this post publishes,  it is halftime in Wankdorf as DFO’s adopted team,  Young Boys,  are taking on the Batmen of Valencia.

If you don’t think that’s the coolest team shield EVAR, I don’t know what to say.

All of today’s games are available on the Univision Deportes app in the US, which is really convenient if you speak or understand Spanish.

Here is today’s schedule:

The standout game for me is Man U hosting Juventus in Cristiano Ronaldo’s return to Old Trafford.  Mourinho’s men need to put up a good effort in order to quiet the critics (me included) that have called for his ouster since the beginning of the season.

Man City in the Ukraine also looks interesting as away games there are not easy.

They seem nice.

Speaking of Hot Seats,  if Real Madrid don’t score more than 2 goals at home against Viktoria, Lopetegui is as good as gone.  Some say the axe will fall after the Clásico on Saturday and that may be true, but he’s practically a dead man walking.

It’s too bad,  too, because the team is actually playing better and getting opportunities.  They’re just not going in.

Maybe they miss Ronaldo?
