I realize it’s pedantic, but I’m not fond of my workplace switch from four- to five days per week. I got really comfortable having those Fridays off. It’s not that the six total hours of commitment is egregious, it’s just that it interrupts the relaxation of the day. I miss being able to go see movies opening day, or go hiking with the dogs. Little things.
Never mind me – I’m just bitchy because it’s interim report & meeting with parents season.
Goddamn, that Sunday Gravy pizza looked good. I’mma have to try that sometime.

I have been using the same dough recipe since I was a kid, so a little variety won’t kill me. The pain is waiting for it to rise; sometimes I try to cheat and avoid waiting the whole hour. It never works, and I vow not to do it again. That happens at least once per year.
