You will notice that the South Australian and Western Australian teams will not be hosting any games. This is due to the travel restrictions in place in those states. The Showdown between the Adelaide Crows and the Port Adelaide Power is the only game that will be held in either of those states and that’s because it’s in Week 2, before all the travel happens.
Those teams will be headquartered in the Gold Coast and will play their “home” games at Metricon Stadium, the home of the Gold Coast Suns. They will be allowed to go up to Brisbane for road games since that’s still within the state of Queensland.

That’s all for this week. As we get closer to the start of the season, I’ll remind you who picked which team to root for, I’ll provide advice on which team to pick if you haven’t picked one yet, and we’ll do a mini-preview of the season to come. See you next week!
I was pretty pumped for the start of this season. Really pumped. When the first week came and I managed to tip 8/9, I was even more pumped. Then everything went dark. Now I am pumped again.

The future is now.
As a former Cowboys fan and current Carolina Hurricanes, I’d like to become a fan of a team that’ll fill me with hopes only to smash them in the end while laughing at me. Can someone help me?
How often do you have to go to the CA meetings?
Not too often, but when we do we’re advised to wear a mask to protect our families from shame.
[puts on custom Cowboys (NFL sanctioned) mask, leaves house in duallie with 11 Cowboys and 9 Lakers stickers on the back]
I’m going to suggest the Brisbane Lions. They last won Premierships at the dawn of the century. Have been showing promise and perpetually disappointing their fans since.

So the tipping pool has offered whether we want to start from scratch or continue on? Might piss off Dolph though.
I say we continue. Anyone that starts now will get three points for the away teams winning in Round 1.
As is then.
We’ll get them free photos too.
my plan is to win the wooden spoon
Being spanked by a wooden spoon is another fetish Mr. Hippo will disapprove of.
Which team should I support? My sporting choices are Football Patriots, Futbol Spurs, Ice Football Rangers.
Based on the last 2, I can handle a team that drives me to drink heavily.
I’m thinking the Hawthorn Hawks. They were a dynasty until recently and are now trying to find their way back.
I’ve never tipped AFL before, so this is gonna be an adventure. Let’s see what carnage unfolds!
I accepted your application. As for tipping, always look at the odds and since teams do not get to travel to WA then the travel excuse is void.
