I got one of those robots that vacuum and mop floors. I got off the phone support this am and it’s on vacuum duty. Would like to try mop this evening.
Other than the canister seeming small and I dont know how much it can mop in a single reservoir but this place is only like 1000sf before rug area deductions, it appears to be a pretty good idea.
Now I need a wipe the cabinets real good robot.
Also my Philippino landscaper that came with the house is out on his second week of gall bladder surgery recovery. So a robot lawnmower may be in order — there’s just a lot of yard here (dont tell Zymm).
My dentist, in typical local fashion here, has his clinic in a villa with expansive lawns. They have 2 robotic lawn mowers working all the time. Cool to just drone out and watch.
Yeah that’s gonna work out great.
On the subject of time travel, do you think it’s possible that bitcoin are the easiest thing for time travelers (or even just someone with a window into the past) to “steal” and bring home? All you need is to get the private key of wallets that are eventually lost and you haven’t really done anything that will change the course of history.
I cut up a Costco chicken and am using the bones (along with some other stuff I’ve been saving for a while) to make stock. Then I will use the stock to make black beans. Then I will use the beans with some of the original chicken meat to make burritos. The cycle of life goes on.

I’m also making a pot of stock and a pot of black beans this very minute for my southwest vegan soup.
Got a bit of a surprise earlier. I fire roast a red bell pepper and a couple of poblanos for the soup.
I was wiping off the burnt skin and deseeding one of the peppers and that fucker just blew up my sinuses. That’s never happened before and I fire roast habaneros and jalapenos all the time.
Damn curious to see how next week’s soup is going to settle with 2 of those fuckers in there.

Appreciate the age restriction. Kids of 3 and under simply wouldn’t understand.
Think I mentioned it before but during a long hospital stay I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done at the same time (hopefully different burrowing devices were used during the procedures) and it could have gone on for hours and I wouldn’t have cared because the fentanyl dose I was given was probably enough for someone who was twice my weight.

Just moving some of my bigger furniture from CA to Chicago. I originally wanted to move from my current apartment to somewhere smaller and closer to the farm where I ride, but turns out it might actually be cheaper to stay in my 2BR just because I’ve been there so long! But with the furniture in Chicago I’ll have more flexibility if I do find a place down in Gilroy or Morgan Hill so it still works out as a good idea. And more room for hammocks 😛

Huh, I was half-heartedly supporting Palace, in a who gives a shit about soccer way. Guess I’ll have to find another team to pay only a little attention too. So many of them are problematic, with godawful owners/ managers/ players that it’s hard to pick one that’s reasonably competitive and that won’t give me that unclean feeling. Maybe I should just go with my first inclination, and ignore the EPL entirely?
