This week, it was a brutal week in the Tipping Contest. No more all correct picks! Luckily, everyone was on the same boat as there were lots of upsets. Let’s get to it!

Notes and Comments
It is still looking like we are going to have 9 teams trying to fit into 8 spots. This week, Western is the odd team out, but there’s a lot of footy to be played.
Sydney is the next team up and they are now only 2 games behind thanks to this week’s clutch road win over St. Kilda. Port Adelaide is also only two games behind after beating West Coast.
There are six games left, so a two game deficit can certainly be overcome, but someone in the to nine will need to falter. Who will it be? The 8th place Docker’s take in #1 Collingwood while #9 Western goes against #2 Brisbane. The door is open for Sydney and Port…
The rest of the ladder is just playing the schedule out trying to plan for next year. A lot of young guys will be getting playing time and a lot of players will effectively be auditioning for new jobs.
Next week, your Game of the Week is Adelaide hosting Gold Coast. I don’t think Gold Coast has been this high in the ladder this late in the season in their entire existence!
As mentioned above, it was a tough week for the tipping. There is now a three-way tie for third place. The best part is two of those three are related by marriage. THAT’S GOOD FAMILY RIVALRYING!
If you are a member of an AFL club or you got a Watch AFL membership, you should be able to watch every AFL and AFLW game, including replays. Game times vary between Australian afternoon and evening, which actually makes it easier for us in North America to watch as the games can be seeing in the evenings on Pacific Time and early mornings on Eastern time.
If you haven’t become a member of a club or signed up for the Watch AFL app, you can still watch the AFL and AFLW games in the USA on either FS1 or FS2 and in Canada on TSN. Showtimes can be found here on the Australian Football Association of North America website. But I do recommend that you join a club. It’s fun and they send you free shit.
See you next week!
