Wumbo Wednesday With Weaselo: Recovery

Something nice and easy today, as I had a lovely Valentine’s Day having food poisoning. I called out from work at the college (already insane enough, I don’t even remember the last time I called out sick—the last time I was sick in November I just slept in the tutor room because nobody came for tutoring) and would have probably called out from my gig if not for the fact that 1) It was a 10 minute drive from Apartment Weaselo and 2) I had the music and microphones, so if I’m not there the strings don’t have anything to play and no one’ll hear them. But yeah, taking the E train’s probably a bad idea when you don’t have control of what may happen at either end of your digestive system. I joked to Señorita Weaselo that it’s one of the benefits that we have not yet moved in together, we weren’t fighting over the bathroom. Chances are it’s from Monday’s dinner, but we didn’t get the same thing. So who knows what did it? Regardless, I’m feeling well enough and only housed one full bottle of Pedialyte, and didn’t touch the bottle of ginger ale that’s in my fridge.
