Barring an insane set of circumstances (let’s face it, any of us having an orgy with five supermodels is more likely to happen) Adelaide and Geelong will finish Top Two.
The next four (Brisbane, Collingwood, Hawthorn, and GWS) are locked in for finals even though we do not know yet where they will finish and who will get the Double Chance. The Brisbane-Hawthorn game looms very large in that discussion.
This week’s game between Western and Fremantle will essentially decide who gets into the Eight. Gold Coast is likely to win the two games it is playing this round, so the loser of the Fremantle-Western match will be the odd man out.
It could still come down to the final game to see who is in and who is out of the Double Chance if Gold Coast wins the first game against. Port Adelaide. The overall Finals matchups won’t be fully known until the middle of next week.
The Tipping Pool is highly competitive. More 7 of 9 than a Star Trek rerun! Sharky is still on top! Remember that we go all the way until the Grand Final!
If you are a member of an AFL club or you got a Watch AFL membership, you should be able to watch every AFL and AFLW game, including replays. Game times vary between Australian afternoon and evening, which actually makes it easier for us in North America to watch as the games can be seeing in the evenings on Pacific Time and early mornings on Eastern time.
If you haven’t become a member of a club or signed up for the Watch AFL app, you can still watch the AFL and AFLW games in the USA on either FS1 or FS2 and in Canada on TSN. Showtimes can be found here on the Australian Football Association of North America website. But I do recommend that you join a club. It’s fun and they send you free shit.
