Okay, maybe they bothered to spend some money on their offensive line. Okay, maybe they’ve benefited from a weaker sked. Okay, maybe owner Jerry Jones has ceded some footballing decisions to folks that are far more qualified. Okay, for absolutely sure I’m a-feared of these damn Cowboys going forward. Honestly, Elisha has to pull a Super Bowl-winning performance out of his ass if the Giants are going to win. His play this year has been…Elisha-like to date, so I’m thinking Dallas is going to romp.

My wife just pointed out that it’s pretty hilarious that baseball coaches wear the same uniform of the players they’re coaching. Perhaps more to the point, it’s hilarious to imagine other coaches (think Mike Kysvknenchi or um, Herb LakePlacidHockeyGuy) wearing their team’s uniforms.
I get the jersey. The pants seem like a bit much.
It’s apparently due to all the player-managers in the early days, so non-player managers adopted it as well over time. (Old-timey managers, Connie Mack, John McGraw, etc., didn’t, they wore suits.) And it being baseball…
