You know how sometimes you don’t entirely know where you’re going with things? Well, tonight’s column is one of them. So let’s get to some things and see where we go. First off: No, I did not win the Powerball. Second:

Marble League Rolldown

The stories so far:

-The Streak is over! Team Galactic’s won TWO events, the first two. Galac-fifth? So far Galac-first as they… then have a goose-egg in the water race. Well, it was a moment.

-Holy shit, the Pinkies won an event. And even more holy shit, the Pinkies lead at the quarter pole, thanks to three medals.

-Quacky got unlucky in the heats behind Minty Swirl in the water race, but that’s racing sometimes. The Green Ducks will definitely take 7th so far after the host’s first event jitters.

-The highest placed former champion? That would be, thanks to their water race win, the O’rangers, currently in 3rd, 17 points back.

(So far the events have been: opening ceremonies/climbing; balancing; the 5m hurdles; and out today, the water race. The next event will be the 5m relay.)

Next up, since we no longer have Friday music, I figured I should get in on that. So since it’s a Marble League Rolldown, I found out they’ve actually been uploading the music recordings onto a separate channel. Like this redo of the Marbula One theme that was used this past season, since the inaugural season’s theme wasn’t actually done in-house.
