So I ended up with a twist on Sharky’s twist. Juiced a bunch of limes, ended up with around 11 oz of lime juice, added about 14 oz of tequila and 8 of triple sec, shook it all up, poured out a portion and topped with dry hard cider to taste. It works! Not sweet at all, but a nice refreshing tart flavor. More summery than autumnal but it’s warm and sunny today so that’s what I wanted. Yum!
Good thing too, since I made way too much to drink it all tonight. I’ll have plenty leftover for the games tomorrow
