So Darkest hour was a very solid piece of film work and Gary Oldman as Winston Churchill deserves some hardware.
Not the best film in my opinion but a great performance.
Leaders in the clubhouse are still Shape of Water and 3 Billboards.

I once blew a 0.07 at a checkpoint in Charlottesville. I had been call out by wifey to drive one of her coworkers home. Drop off was fine, checkpoint was on the way home.

“Go the fuck home, son,” said the officer.
“That’s where I’m going, sir,” I said.

Point is, if you’re drinking at home, don’t let ANYONE lure you out. I got insanely lucky, and I haven’t done it since.

I hear you. I once blew a 0.05 right after they lowered it to that from 0.08. The cop asked where I lived, and I could actually point to my house. He let me go, watched me pull in, and then went back to the checkpoint.
