Are you ready for some football Christmas? It’s only 10 days away now. I was at the mall last week to try to finish some of my shopping. That’s the first time since I was in a mall since March. Had to answer a bunch of questions on the way in to make sure I’m not with the Covids and everyone had a mask on, which was nice to see. But way too many people there still. And it’s probably the last week of the schoolings for the kids, so I’m looking forward to the break and time to do less.
Hopefully you are still in the LDB challenge. It should be easier to make it this year with all this *gestures randomly* stuff and so much less being open and to do. Speaking of the whole pandemic thing, it was very encouraging for me to see the first few people get their first doses of the vaccine yesterday. Not that I’ll be eligible to get one until the summer cuz I’m not in a high risk job or old enough to be high risk, but it gives me hope that we can to begin the process of returning to “normal” and whatever that new normal will look like. Mainly I’d like to be able to see friends again but like inside a house or restaurant.
Today is national cat herders day. Not even sure what that is and kinda scared to google it to know more or why it’s even a thing. It’s also national cupcake day, so you’re allowed to indulge on cupcakes today guilt free. Not like we don’t indulge every day. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
